Jay Kalinski, JD MBA

Jay Kalinski is an experienced Realtor, lawyer, and veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Jay grew up in and around Boulder, Colorado, obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley Law School, and his MBA from the University of Colorado.
Jay is the owner of RE/MAX Elevate and RE/MAX of Boulder and leads the Kalinski Team, which has decades of experience helping people buy and sell real estate along the Front Range.
Liz Pistentis

For the last 27 years, Liz and her family have been calling Colorado home. Before then, Liz lived in Oak Park, Il outside of Chicago and was born in Milwaukee, WI. After graduating from Boulder High School, she attended The George Washington University in Washington, DC, receiving a degree in political science. Liz worked on the campaigns for President Barack Obama and Governor John Hickenlooper before joining the Colorado Tourism Office. Liz has been working in real estate since 2015. With the Kalinski Team, Liz’s focus is on buyers. Liz loves guiding them through the process of finding the right home, and her professionalism and friendly demeanor have helped numerous clients succeed in this highly competitive market.
Timmy Duggan
Team Member
Timmy Duggan, a Colorado and Boulder County native, is focused on helping people buy and sell homes in the Boulder County and Nederland areas of Colorado. Timmy, as a member of The Kalinski Team, is truly passionate about sharing the amazing place where he grew up and continues to live in. Having grown up helping out with various aspects of the family real estate business, he is thoroughly aware of the commitment it takes to give clients the best service possible. Additionally, his current role as a Nederland Town Planning Commissioner gives him even more insight into the Boulder County mountain market as well. No stranger to passion, perseverance, and discipline, Timmy spent his 20's as a professional road cyclist on the World Tour, and counts winning the US National Road Cycling Championship and becoming an Olympian in the London 2012 Olympics among his proudest accomplishments. He spent much of his career sheltering his Tour de France-winning teammates from the wind and leading them safely through the chaos of a professional cycling race. A world class performer in the toughest, high-pressure situations, you can expect Timmy to guide you smoothly to the finish line of your real estate transaction!

My diverse background in the corporate world, combined with my experience in client relations provided the ideal expertise and knowledge to jump start my career in Real Estate. My specialty is residential home sales along Colorado’s Front Range. It is my pleasure to work with my clients throughout the entire home buying and selling process. My clients say that my friendly and warm demeanor coupled with a no-nonsense approach keeps timelines moving forward.
When I am not working you can find me at the baseball diamond watching my boys play ball, volunteering in the community, hiking, biking, and enjoying the beautiful Rocky Mountain scenery, working on house projects, and exploring the wonderful towns of Colorado.

Colorado is a place of constant exploration and growth, just one of the many reasons I fell in love with this beautiful area. Having graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s degree in visual communication and design, I relocated to Colorado to pursue a career in real estate while living the life I love within the healing, natural grace of the Rocky Mountains.
As a visual communicator, I walk into a house and see the possibilities the shapes and layouts provide. I easily break down complex numbers and data into simple to digest graphs and charts, showcasing the most relevant information to help you choose the best path to take forward. Whether buying or selling a property, my creative problem-solving skills and down to earth personality ensure your transaction moves smoothly from start to finish.
But it’s not all about the transaction, it’s about the larger picture, the journey it takes from the moment you decide to move, to finding just the right place to call home, to settling in and finding the peace in your new home. As a real estate broker, it’s about listening to the needs of each client, building life long relationships as a transaction moves forward and paying attention to the small details.
